Meet Founder Misty W. Gilbert
Misty was born and raised in California and relocated to Texas, September 1997. She is the President of The Resource Management Group, LLC and began her Entrepreneurship journey June 2004 with the desire to help Healthcare and Business Professionals have thriving businesses built on a foundation of Financial Wellness.
Our focus is to provide you the resources to improve your business to allow you to spend your time doing what you love and not be consumed with the day-to-day operations. With 29 years of experience, our simple, accurate and transparent methods will improve your operations from the foundation up.
Misty is single, never married and without children, her focus is to encourage, support and inspire others. In her free time, she enjoys entertaining Friends at her home in Fort Worth, Texas. She is a fan of exercise, spending time by the pool, and is a writer and speaker. Misty is a huge advocate of creating community and has led the DFW Minimalist Group for TheMinimalists.org since June 2016 inspiring everyone to create the life they want, live intentionally, and to love people and use things. She performed a TEDx Talk January 2019 on The Art of Authenticity in her home state of California.
Meet Beth Thompson
Beth was born in Kearns, UT and then lived in Missoula, MT until she graduated high school. She joined the United States Army and learned to be an 88M Motor Transport Operator (Military Truck Driver). During that time in the military, she met her husband and had her first child. Beth got out of the military to be able to raise her child, without having a possibility of both parents getting deployed and risk being forced to send her son to family. She has lived in Missouri, Kansas, Georgia, Germany, Kentucky, Texas, Utah and then moved back to Texas in 2021. She later divorced and remarries.
In 2019, Beth received her BA of Science in Criminal Justice Administration. She has worked in several different industries and work environments and developed numerous skills along with being a fast learner. She values being dependable, a hard worker, honesty, integrity, and tries to be adaptable.
Beth is passionate about supporting women involved in domestic abuse, trauma, and learning to create a thriving life. She really enjoys learning and working with various modalities that assist her and others in their healing journey from Integrative Processing Technique (IPT), to Emotional Release Therapy (ERT), and many other forms of personal growth development work.
In her personal time, Beth loves to spend time educating herself, going for walks, spending time by fresh water, rivers or lakes, participating in philanthropy work, and cultivating relationships by spending time with those she cares about.
